Rates and Policies

Fees:

• $500 per hour for time spent preparing and mediating.

Deposit Required:

• $1,000 per law firm or pro bono party, due 30 days in advance of mediation.

• If you contact us to arrange a mediation fewer than 30 days before the mediation date, the $1,000 deposit is due within five days of making your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

• If the mediation is cancelled fewer than 14 days before the scheduled mediation date, the deposits will not be refunded unless another matter can be scheduled in its place or the mediation date is rescheduled.

Travel Expenses:

• No charge for travel expenses in the San Francisco Bay Area. The parties bear costs for travel outside the Bay Area.
